What good is ethics training if you do not practice it? Knowing something is wrong, or even illegal, is different from actually not doing what is wrong or illegal.

P.S. I am not saying that everything that is illegal is wrong or unethical. If you witness the evolution of laws in this country you can certainly see where some laws were not ethical.
